DIVORCES
Mrs. Conley Sues for a Divorce
Margaret R. CONLEY has filed a libel in divorce against her husband,
M. R. CONLEY of McDonald [Pa]. They were married June 22, 1904, and the
libellant withdrew from their home January 8, 1912. Cruel and barbarous
treatment is alleged.

From the McDonald, PA Record of May 3, 1912:
In the suit of Mrs. M. R. CONLEY, against her husband, M. R. CONLEY,
the court has handed down a decree directing the respondent to pay the
libellant $100 counsel fees and to pay her an additional sum of $5 a
week for the support of herself and children. Mrs. CONLEY does not seek
an absolute divorce, but a separation from bed and board.
