The Courier - Connellsville, Pa, Friday, May 19, 1905
Edward Hoover - Died at his home on Washington Avenue this morning. Edward G. Hoover, aged 18 years, 11 months and 18 days, died this morning of Tuberculosis at his home on No. 310 East Washington Avenue. The Funeral will take place from his late residence Sunday afternoon at 3 o'clock and from the United Brethren Church at 3:30 o'clock. The Rev. W. V. Barnhart officiating. Interment in Hill Grove Cemetery.
Deceased is the son of Levi G. Hoover. He has been in ill health for the past several months and was making arrangements to leave Saturday for Los Angeles, Cal for the benefit of his health. He was a member of the United Brethren Church.
He is survived by his father and step-mother, one step-sister, Mrs. D. M. Jacobs of Dunbar, and one sister, Miss Ferue Hoover and a brother, Levi Hoover of Connellsville.
