"Orville A. Elliott - Orville A. Elliott, 76, of 916 Ewing
Street, Washington, died unexpectedly at 11:45 a.m. Friday, May 24,
1985, in Washington Hospital.
"Born August 17, 1908, in Prosperity, he was a son of the late
Arthur Clyde and Kate Vioca Mikesell Elliott.
"He had been employed as a parking meter repairman for the city of
Washington until his retirement. Before that, he had worked at
Hazel-Atlas Glass Co. and as a self-employed contractor.
"Mr. Elliott was Methodist.
"His first wife, Alma Matilda Sibert, died August 20, 1965.
"On June 20, 1968, he married Emma E. Blankenship, who survives.
"Also surviving are one son, Arthur C. Elliott of Washington; three
stepdaughters, Mrs. Ann Cunningham of Waynesburg, Mrs. Imogene
Cunningham of Washington and Mrs. Darlene Drake of Spencer, W. Va.; one
sister, Agnes Powell of Prosperity; two grandsons; eight
stepgrandchildren [sic], and four great-grandchildren.
"One brother, Herschel E. Elliott, is deceased."

"Nancy S. Powell - Mrs. Nancy S. Powell, 39, of Marianna R.
D. 1, died Friday, May 24, 1985, as the result of injuries sustained in
an automobile accident near Ten Mile.
"She was born November 28, 1945, in Chicago, Ill., a daughter of
Dr. Horace and Marjorie Petersen Scheetz of Waukegan, Ill., who survive.
"Mrs. Powell was a graduate of Vanderbilt University in Nashville,
Tenn., and of California University of Pennsylvania.
"She was employed as an administrator for the American Heart
Association.
"A former resident of California, Pa., Mrs. Powell had been a
resident of Marianna for the past seven years. She was Protestant.
"On June 20, 1970, she married Dr. Ray R. Powell, who survives.
"Surviving, in addition to her husband and parents, are two sons,
Tyler and Zachary at home; a brother, Steven Scheetz of Arlington
Heights, Ill.; a sister, Mrs. Astrid Martindale of Waukegan, Ill.; and
several nieces and nephews."

"Mrs. McWhorter was a member of the Christian Gathering of
Washington.
"Her husband, Alonzo McWhorter, died in January 1977.
"Surviving are one son, Robert S. McWhorter of Columbia, S. C., two
daughters, Mrs. Eugene (Dorothy) Riggle of Washington and Mrs. Nelson
(Barbara) Gotwalt of State College; eight grandchildren; and two
great-grandchildren.

"He was born November 21, [1926 ?], in Ellsworth, son of the late
Alcide and Josephine Mojetti Pistilli.
"He was a retired employee of General Electric Corp, Erie.
"He was a member of St. Clement's Church, Ellsworth, and was a
veteran of World War II, having served in the U. S. Army. He was a
member of VFW Post 5454 of Bentleyville, the Order of the Eagles and the
Lithuanian Club, both of Bentleyville.
"Surviving are his wife, Frances I. Zarlino Pistilli; the following
brothers and sisters, Alfred Pistilli of Ridgeway, Ann Cupec of
Bentleyville, Josephine Forte and Mary DiMarzio, both of Ellsworth,
Vincent J. Pistilli of Bentleyville, and an aunt.
"Two brothers, Vincent and Armand B. Pistilli, two nephews and one
niece are deceased."
NOTE: Vincent, a brother, is named under survivors and under deceased.

"Mary Hirosky - Mary Rodacy Hirosky, 67, of Bentleyville,
died Friday, May 24, 1985, at 8 a. m. in Allegheny General Hospital,
Pittsburgh.
"Born March 18, 1985, in Ellsworth, she was a daughter of the late
Charles and Anna Puskarich Rodacy.
"Mrs. Hirosky was a member of St. Luke Church, Bentleyville.
"Her husband, Fred Hirosky, died November 21, [1980 ?].
"Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Robert (Bernadette) Lewis of
Wheaton, Ill., and Donna Hirosky of Bentleyville; two brothers, Joseph
and John Rodacy, both of Ellsworth; four sisters, Louise Rodacy and Mrs.
Joseph (Emelia) Hudock, both of Bentleyville, Mrs. Anthony (Nancy)
Jaskulski of Clairton and Mrs. Frank (Katherine) Sabatini of Cokeburg;
and two grandchildren.
