The undersigned Ministry hereby certifies that to the daylabourer
Johann Godemann, aged 47 years, of Klein Belitz, Office of [Bukavim]
in the local grand duchy, as well as his wife, née Schröder, aged 51
years and his children, Sophie, aged 19, and Carl, aged 16, upon
application for the purpose of emigration to America, release from the
nationality of Mecklenburg Schwerin has been granted. This release
document causes the loss of nationality of Mecklenburg Schwerin for
the persons stated expressly therein on the time of the handing over
of this document, it will, however, be void, if the released fails to
move his residence outside the area of the Federation or to obtain
another nationality within 6 months of the handing over of this
