DANIEL was a listed as a laborer in the 1869 marriage registration of his daughter Katherine.
In the original Griffith's Valuation of Monamonra, Queen's Co., no Daniel is listed; however, there are the following FITZPATRICKS listed as tenants:
MARGARET FITZPATRICK (numbers 9 c and 10 on valuation reference map)
I believe that this is Margaret Mara and that at the time of this valuation she might have been a widow.
The other two tenants on lot 9 are Maras. The family story was that the Fitzpatrick originally belonged to the Maras.

JOHN FITZPATRICK (number 11 a on valuation reference map) I don't know anything else about this John.
JAMES FITZPATRICK (number 3 g on valuation reference map). I know a little about this James. See Fitzpatricks in Monamonra for more information.
Several sources on the Internet say that this original valuation was taken between 1851 and 1852.

2. DENIS FITZPATRICK, b. August 23, 1840, Errill, County Laois, Ireland. (Possibly came to America.) Witnesses to his baptism were James Fitzpatrick and Kitty Fitzpatrick. (Kitty might be a transcription error. It might instead be Betty Fitzpatrick.)
3. PATRICK FITZPATRICK, b. March 17, 1841, Errill, County Laois, Ireland; d. April 09, 1914, Muskegon, Michigan; m. ANNE BERGIN, August 18, 1873, at St. Joseph's Church in Troy, NY. No baptism record has been located for Patrick.
**The year of his birth is in question. His death certificate indicates that he was born in 1841. However, the 1880 and 1900 Muskegon Co. census records indicate he was born around 1847-1848.
4. JAMES FITZPATRICK, b. December 18, 1842, Monamonra, County Laois, Ireland. (possibly died in childhood or might be the same person as the JAMES listed below b. 1853.) Witnesses to his baptism were John Pine and Kitty Cahill.
5. KATHERINE FITZPATRICK, b. in or before 1848, Ireland; d. Errill, County Laois, Ireland; m. PATRICK BERGIN May 06, 1869, Rathdowney, Co. Laois, Ireland. No baptism record has been located for Katherine.
6. JAMES FITZPATRICK, b. 1853, Errill, County Laois, Ireland; d. March 09, 1922, Buffalo, N.Y.; m. MARGARET DOYLE, 1887, Troy, Renesslaer Co., New York. No baptism, marriage, or death record has been located for James.
7. JOHN FITZPATRICK, b. Unknown; d. after 1885?, possibly died at sea on way to America. Or, he might have come to American and died at sea trying to return to Ireland. In the Muskegon Michigan City Directory 1885-1886, there is a John Fitzpatrick, boarding at 249 W. Muskegon Ave. (This is the house that Patrick Fitzpatrick lived in at the time.) No baptism record has been located for Katherine.
