Declaration of intent to become a US citizen

Having moved his family from Ireland to New Brunswick in 1838, William Anderson finally moved them to western Pennsylvania in 1841. Three years of residency were required before declaring one's intention to become a citizen of the United States and in 1844, William made that declaration.
