First: It is my will and desire that my beloved wife Sabina shall have two cows and all the household furniture, that I may be possessed of at my death, and that at her death it shall be equally divided between my two sons John and Samuel H. Colip.

Second: It is my will and desire that my sons Conrad and Jacob shall have five dollars each in addition to the land and other property which they have already received, and also that the heirs of my daughter Barbara Coil, deceased shall have five dollars in addition to the share she received in her life time.

Third: I will and bequeath to my daughter, Susanna Coile, ten dollars, and also to the heirs of daughter Sabina Hushaw ten dollars each and also to my daughter Frena Burnet eighty dollars.

Fourth: I will and bequeath to my Granddaughter Elizabeth Anne Burnet the sum of Fifty dollars and also my granddaughter Emaela Cunningham the sum of ten dollars.

Fifth: It is my will and desire that the several sums of above willed to my children and grandchildren shall be paid out of a demand I have against Jacob Collip, which was a balance due me on a settlement with him, the said sum to be paid over to the said several heirs when collected.

Sixth: It is my will and desire that any expenses that may accrue in my last sickness, and also my funeral expenses, shall be paid out of such money or personal property as I may be possessed of at my death. Seventh: It is my will and desire that all claims I may have at my death, against other persons, and not above disposed of, and all my personal property, not otherwise bequeathed, shall be equally divided between my sons John and Samuel H. Colip.

Eight and last: I do hereby appoint my sons John Colip and Samuel H. Colip, the lawful executors of this my last will and testament. In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this sixth day of August, A.D. 1830.
