HARRY E. COIL DIES SUDDENLY AT MENDON
Rites For Respected
Citizen Thursday in
Harry E. Coil, 65, well known and highly respected citizen of Mendon, died suddenly Monday, in the office of Dr. Fishbaugh, in Mendon, of a heart attack. Mr. Coil and Emil Krugh had been doing carpenter work, and he complained about not feeling well, and was taken to the physician's office. After receiving attention, he seemed to be feeling better, and while talking to the doctor, suffered the attack.
Mr. Coil who spent his entire life in the vicinity of Mendon, was a former oil worker, and carpenter. He was a prominent member of the Masonic Lodge of Mendon, and was a Spanish American War Veteran. He was affiliated with the Spanish American Veteran's Post at Wapakoneta.
Forty years ago he
was united in marriage with Miss Mae Murlin, who survives, together with the
following five daughters, Grace, the wife of Walter Rhoades of Spencerville;
Edith the wife of Dillon Hattery of Celina; Margaret, the wife of Ray Smith of
Portland; Evelyn, the wife of John Kinkley of Texas; and Miss Aletha Jeanne
Coil, who is employed at Lima. There are nine grandchildren; one brother Pearl
Coil of California; one sister Mrs. J. A. Boroff of Mendon; a half brother

The body was removed home from Dick and Son's late Tuesday afternoon and friends are invited to call until the time of the funeral.
Funeral services will
be held Thursday afternoon at
