This is a photo of 5 children taken ca. 1900. I believe they are all from the same family.

This photograph was taken in Newark, IL by R. W. Elliott. I guess it was shot ca. 1865

This photo has the name Carrie Ridly written on the front, on the back the name is Cora Ridly (probably to identify the little girl below which at one time was stuck to the back side of this photo). The album page had Miss Riedle. The photographer is C. Murr, Joliet, IL. Probably taken around 1870. I have no clue how Riedle or Ridly connects to my ancestry.

Jennie Wilsey is the name written on the back of this photograph. Mrs. Thompson's Gallery, Ottawa, IL is the photographer. Taken around 1865.  According to the Illinois Statewide Marriage Index, Jane Wilsey married Geo. H. Young in Kendall Co. in Jan 1875. Wilsey is another mystery name in my ancestry.

This is Joe Mathews and wife. Photographer is Fay of Joliet, IL Taken around 1870. Look on page 3 for Mrs. Mathews, probably Joe's mother.
