I, William Lamm of the above mentioned State and County, being of sound mind but feeble in body and knowing the uncertainty of life, but the certainty of death, do make this as my last will and testament___That after my death that my boddy shall be decently buried and after all of my just debts are paid that the remainder of my property, if there be any, I give and bequeath to my dear wife, Eliza Jane Lamm, to have and to hold the exclusive right forever. And that she, Eliza Jane Lamm, shall be the lawful owner of all of my property as soon as I and dead, after paying of my burial expenses and all other just debts. I disire that she, Eliza Jane Lamm, shall take charge of everything that belongs to me and dispose of all, or any part, of my property as she may think best for the purpose of paying my just debts.

A paper purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of William Lamm deceased, is exhibited before me, the undersigned, Judge of Probate for said County, by Eliza Jane Lamm the executrix therein mentioned, and the due execution thereof by the said William Lamm by the oath and examination of N. W. Musgrave & Jeremiah Bass the subscribing witnesses thereto: who being duly sworn, doth depose and say, and each for himself deposeth and saith that he is a subscribing witness to the paper writing now shown him, purporting to be the last Will and Testament of William Lamm that the said William Lamm in the presence of this deponent subscribed his name at the end of said paper writing, which is now shown as aforesaid, and which bears date of the 20th day of Jany, 1880.
And the Deponent Further Saith, That the said William Lamm the testator aforesaid, did at the time of subscribing his name as aforesaid declare the said paper writing so subscribed by him, and exhibited, to be his Last Will and Testament, and this deponent did thereupon subscribe his name at the end of said Will, as an attesting witness thereto, and at the request and in the presence of the said testator. And this deponent further saith, that at the said time when the said testator subscribed his name to the said last Will as aforesaid, and at the time of the deponent's subscribing his name as an attesting witness thereto, as aforesaid, the said William Lamm was of sound mind and memory, of full age to execute a Will, and was not under any restraint to the knowledge, information or belief of this deponent: And further these deponents say not.

Fifth I give and Devise to my Two Sons Leroy and John William Lamm all of the balance of my Persoanl Property and Real estate Consisting of one lot in the Vilege of Lucama Containing one Fourth Acre Adjoinding the Lands of Jesse Lucas John H. Lucas and others: beds and bed clothing of ever description that has not here to fore been Mention in this will
Seventh I hereby Constitute and Appoint my true trusty Son A. O. A paper writing purporting to be the last Will and Testament of Jane Lamm, dec'd. is exhibited in open court for probate by A. O. Lamm, Executor therein named; and the due execution thereof by the said Jane Lamm, dec'd. is duly proven by the oath and examination of A. T. Barnes and W. T. Lucas subscribing witness thereto and it is further shown to the satisfaction of the court by said witnesses that the said Jane Lamm was, at the time of making said will, of sound mind and memory, of full age to execute a will and under no restraint to their knowledge, information or belief:
IT IS THEREUPON CONSIDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED, that said proof is sufficient and according to law and that said paper writing is and contains the last Will and Testament of Jane Lamm, dec'd. And on motion it is ordered that said Will be admitted to probate and recorded in the Book of Wills of Wilson County and as such filed as provided by law in the office of the Clerk of Superior Court of said County.
It is further ordered that said A. O. Lamm be allowed to qualify as executor as provided by law and enter upon the discharge of the duties imposed by said trust.

O. Lamm, Antoenett Bass, Zilpha Lamm, Leroy Lamm and J. W. Lamm, are the parties entitled under said will to the said property.
