John William Clonch CLONCH, FOSTER, LEMASTER Saturday, 27 Sep 1997 Seek information on the CLONCH family of Cabell County, West Virginia. John William CLONCH was born in Dec 1840 in Mason Co., (W) VA. He married Sarah Jane FOSTER first on 20 Feb 1862 and they had two children to include William Alexander and a daughter. That marriage ended in divorce and John married Mary Ellen LEMASTER after thirteen children on 7 May 1895 across the river in Gallia Co., Ohio. They moved to Cabell County in the 1860s. Children were William Richard, Charles Francis, Barbara Ann, Emanuel, Daniel Webster, Albert Van, Frances, Daisy, Basil Alphonso, John Thomas, Mary Evelyn, Bessie Eloise, and David Edward. |

Charles A. Hoschar OBIT: Charles A. Hoschar, 82, of 517 13 1/2 St. Parkersburg died. Funeral
services were held Friday at the Franklin & sons Memorial Chapel in
Parkersburg. He died at the Dailey Nursing Home Wednesday. Burial was in the
Foster Chapel Cemetery, Evans,West Virginia. He was born in Jackson Co. a
son of the late John W. and Martha Rhodes Hoschar. He was an employee of the
U.S. Quarry Tile Co. He was an Army veteran of W.W.1 |

Laura Rhoda Newell Laura Rhoda Newell, 93, of Southside, Mason County, West Virginia died in
Pleasant Valley Hospital, Point Pleasant, West Virginia, February 18, 2000.
Occupation: Homemaker. Member of Church of Christ, Henderson, West Virginia.
Survived by her Daughter Evelyn Thomas of Middleport, Ohio; sons Robert L
Bechtle of Point Pleasant, West Virginia and Clifford Z Bechtle of
Southside, West Virginia; brother Columbus Newell of Xenia, Ohio; several
grandchildren and great-grandchildren. |

Bonnie A Newell POINT PLEASANT - Bonnie A Newell, 81, of Point Pleasant and formerly of
Southside, died Thursday, March 14, 2002 at Pleasant Valley Hospital. Born
September 6, 1920 in Southside, a daughter of the late William A and
Charlotte (Lanier) Newell, she was a member of the Beech Hill United
Methodist Church, Southside, was a member of the Beech Hill Ladies Aide, had
attended Heights United Methodist Church, Point Pleasant, and had worked at
the Quality Manufacturing Company in Point Pleasant. In addition to her
parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Hopie Higginbotham,
Gladys Williamson, and Mary Choquet; and brothers, Ivan, Lester, and Chelmer
Newell. |
