f. 148-149.  Aug 20, 1695.  CHARLES HOLLINGWORTH of Talbot County sold to 
RICHARD RATLIFFE for 10,000 lbs of good merchantable tobacco in casque...a
tract of land called Jersusalem, formerly taken by JOHN HOLLINGSWORTH...on
south side of Chester River...400 acres.

f. 721.  Sep 14, 1732.  JAMES RATCLIFF purchased from ANNE COCKAYNE, THOMAS
COCKAYHNE and SAMUEL COCKAYHNE for 14 lbs a parcel of land called Addition near

JOHN REYNOLDS of Kent County, Province of Pennsilvania, sold to ROBERT FELLOW
for the sum of 8000 pounds of Merchantable tobacco in casque...
tract of land called Abrahm's Lott lying in Talbot County on the northside of 
Choptank River upon the branches of the head of Tredhaven Creek - 200 acres.

f. 385-386.  Feb 16, 1719.  ROBERT and JOHN FELLOWS of Talbot County, for the
brotherly love favour good will and affection which we have and do bear to our
well loved sister, MARY FELLOWS, now MARY RATLIEFFE...give land containing 100
acres and four perches, it being part of two tracts of parcels of land, the one
called Abraham's Lott ye other part of Ar?adia lately purchased from William
Bush??

Galloway Branch...100 acres land.

f. 75-76.  May 6, 1735.  Deed of gift from JOHN FELLOW and PHEBE FELLOWS, his
wife of Talbot Co for Diverse good causes considerations us thereunto moving as
Love affection which we have and do bear unto our beloved sister MARY JAMES
which now the wife of JOHN JAMES ... hath granted...part of that tract of land
called ABraham's Lott...on the north side of a branch of Third haven Creek...58
acres of land more of less...to the said MARY JAMES and her heirs forever to
the only proper use and behoofe of them the afsd MARY FELLOW as ws but now
MARY JAMES...

f. 76-77.  May 6, 1735.  JOHN JAMES and MARY his wife sold (same land as above)
to JOHN FELLOWS for 30 lbs.

f. 77-79.  May 13, 1735.  JOHN and PHEBE FELLOWS sell 3 pieces of land to 
JOSEPH PARROTT.

f. 8-10.  Dec 11, 1759.  GABRIEL FORESON of Tabot County acquired from JOHN
RATCLIFF of Dobbs Co., NC, planter, SARAH, his wife, and JOSEPH RATCLIFFE,
oldest son and heir ---, for 50 pistoles...land between Tredhaven Creek and
branch of Springs Creek called Gallowy branch...100 acres more or less.

(1J4) William Ratcliff, b. 15 Sept 1696, d. Talbot Co., Md. ca. 1724 , m. 
Third Haven Monthly Meeting, 1719, 9m, 26d, Mary Fellows, dau Robert and 
Sarah Fellows, Talbot Co. Mary received "Arcadia" a 34 acre tract of land 
from her father's estate, 1710-1720.  Robert Fellows and John Fellows, her 
brothers were administrators of the estate (028b). (Mary, widow of (1J4) Wm. 
m. (2) Third Haven MM, 1732, John James.)
