1818 Nuncupative will of Robert Fellows, Recorded February 1819 Wayne Co, North Carolina


 

 State of North Carolina Died 8th Day of December 1818

Wayne County.

The Nuncupative will of Robert Fellow Esquire made on his Death Bed in the presence of John McKinne Senr. and other his wish was as Follows that his Brothers William Fellows and John Fellows should have his property after paying his Debts Equally divided Between them Except one Hundred Dollars he wanted his Brother Bennit Fellows to Have To purchase him a horse or words to that amount.

N. B. Bryant Bradbury Did hear Robert Fellow Say on his Death Bed as Follows. I the said Bryant Bradbury asked Robert Fellows Esquire if he had made a will and he said he had not.  Bryant Bradbury then asked him why and said Fellows Reply that if he died that it was his wish that John Fellows and William Fellows should share his property without acceptation.

The above acuities will of Robert Fellow Deceased, was Duly proven agreeable to Law By the oath of the above assigners before me one of the acting Justices of the peace of said County of Wayne on the twelfth Day of December 1818
