The Nuncupative will of Robert Fellow Esquire made on his Death
Bed in the presence of John McKinne Senr. and other
his wish was as Follows that his Brothers William Fellows and
Test James Bradbury Hirw? Ginns

N. B. Bryant Bradbury Did hear
Robert Fellow Say on his Death Bed as Follows. I the said Bryant Bradbury asked
Robert Fellows Esquire if he had made a will and he said he had not.
Bryant Bradbury then asked him why and said Fellows Reply that if he died that
it was his wish that

The above acuities will of Robert Fellow Deceased, was Duly proven agreeable to Law By the oath of the above assigners before me one of the acting Justices of the peace of said County of Wayne on the twelfth Day of December 1818
