PRELIMINARY ARRAIGNMENT FEBRUARY 12, 1867
Left side of document lists costs of arraignment trial such as costs of making out warrants, constable's fees for serving warrants and subpoenas, and the wagon to transport the prisoners to jail.
The right side states: Defendants were brought up and after hearing by the Coroner's Jury were found guilty of the murder of John Donohue and were committed to jail to be tried at the next Court of Quartersession to be held at Pottsville, County of Schuylkill.
