Charlotte Woodward
Charlotte was named as a daugher in the Robertson Co, TN will of Richard Woodward written Feb 21, 1839:
3rd – I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Charlotte three hundred dollars to herself and the lawful heirs of her body and not otherwise.
Charlotte was named second following daughter Polley who was probably the oldest child. If the will named the children from the oldest to the youngest, then Charlotte may have been one of the two females born between 1785-1790, or perhaps was one of the older females born between 1790-1800.

Lawsuit # 281
Dorothy Kirby vs Elijah
Eubank
RE: Accusation that Elijah Eubank obtained title to her
negro man, Handy, by fraudulent means.
Elijah Eubank - nephew of Dorothy Kirby.
Mr. Nemo (Wilson C. Nemo) - teacher in neighborhood.
Filed: 1846
From this record, we know that Dorothy "Dolly" Woodward Kirby had a sister who had married a Eubank, and they were the parents of Elijah Eubank.
In the 1840 census of Robertson Co, there are three Eubanks:
Elijah 70-80 years old
James 50-60 years old
Elijah 20-30 years old
Eubank research states that the elder Elijah Eubank was the father of James Eubank. This Eubank family had moved from Jones Co, NC to Robertson Co, TN. No Eubank research has been found that names the wife or children of James Eubank.
Elijah Eubank and sons James Eubank and Martin Eubank were in Robertson Co, TN by 1811, probably earlier. The 1810 Robertson Co census no longer exists.

Although James Eubank never appeared as a buyer at the Richard Woodward estate sale, his name was mentioned in the estate accounts:

E Eubank appeared only once as a buyer at Richard Woodward's estate sale. He purchased a Holy Bible. This was no doubt Elijah Eubank. R Eubank purchased twice. His given name and relationship have not yet been established.

In 1840, Elijah Eubank was 20-30. In 1850, he was age 37. In 1860, he was age 48. This would mean he was born ca 1812 or 1813 and would have been about 27 or 28 in 1840. He was certainly old enough to have been a buyer at the Richard Woodward estate sale. James Eubank's 1820 census listed 4 males under age 10. Elijah was certainly one of them.
The 1810 Robertson Co census seems to have been lost, but the 1820 census for James Eubank indicates he married between 1804 and 1810, assuming the male age 10-16 is his son. The marriage must have occurred shortly after the Woodwards arrived in TN about 1808.
Richard Woodward's daughter Charlotte was named in the will after Polley, but before Martha, Rebecca, and Edward. Nothing is known about Martha and Rebecca, but Edward was born in 1794. If the children were named in birth order, Charlotte might have been born a little before 1790 if Richard's children were born every 2 years.

We have no marriage record that proves that Richard Woodward's daughter Charlotte married James Eubank, and no record that states that Elijah Eubank was the son of James Eubank and Charlotte, but the records above provide convincing evidence that this was the case.
The other children of James Eubank and Charlotte Woodward
have not yet been proven, but there is a possibility that two sons might
have moved to Monroe Co, MO and married their first cousins, daughters
of Charlotte's brother
Gabriel Woodward.
More research needs to be done to try to prove or disprove this possibility.
