This picture was taken in 1899 on the old Homestead of Geo H. & Lottie B. Farwell, situated at the mouth of Number Two Canyon, Wenatchee Wash. Dad (Geo H. F.) opperated stage line over the old Colockum pass, between Ellensburg "Robbers Roost" & Wenatchee from 1896 to 1897 before railroad came to Wenatchee.

Anna "Riker" Becker (mother of these 3 Becker girls) was mothers (Lottie B. F.) sister. Note, Hugh's Long Curls, he wore these until he ws 12 years old. Also note, this coach has Laminated Leather Springs which most coaches of those days used.
