18 Nov 1823 - Henry Fay, guardian to Nathan, Mary, and Jerusha Fay, all minor children under age 14 of Henry Fay, late of Richmond; Henry Fay gave $3000 bond for guardianship with John Fay surety.

Be it remembered that at a Court of Probate holden at Williston on the 18th day of November A.D. 1823. the Hon. Martin Chittenden Judge of said Court appointed Henry Fay Guardian to Nathan Fay Mary Fay & Jerusha C. Fay minor children of Henry Fay late of Richmond deceased & under the age of fourteen

years; & the said Guardian & John Fay having filed their bonds as the law directs in the final sum of three thousand dollars, thereupon the Hon. Martin Chittenden Judge of said Court granted and issued letters of Guardianship in due form.
