Miss Lena F. Fate, 76, lifetime resident of Bradford, died Thursday morning in Kewanee Public hospital after a long illness. She was born November 4, 1890, in Bradford, a daughter of Wilber and Anna Foster Fate. Surviving are one sister, Miss Grace Fate of Peoria, one niece and one nephew. One sister and two brothers preceded her in death. Miss Fate was a member of the Leet Memorial Methodist church in Bradford and was secretary of Morning Star Sunday school class there. She also was a member of crescent Rebekah Lodge, No. 199, of Bradford. Services were held Saturday in the Dunlap Funeral Home in Bradford. Rev. Edward Pinder officiated and burial was in Mound cemetery.
