The full text of Caleb Richardson's will as cited below, shows that he had two other daughters, Sarah and Ann, who are not, however, recorded among the births, marriages or deaths of Newbury.

Will Provd, Approvd, and Allowd

These presence witnesseth that I Caleb Richardson of Newbury in New England being in good health and memory do make this my last will and testament I commit and commend my soul unto the hands of my faithful Creator that gave itt and my body after death to be decently layd in the grave.

I give unto my eldest daughter Ruth Emery after my Decease and the Death of Mary my Wife, three quarters of my salt marsh lying att Bletchford in Plumb Island, and the other quarter to her son, Caleb Emery,

I give to my daughter Sarah after my decease and my wifes one acre of Land laying on the south side of my land of Leut Benayah Titcombs land or to the value of itt and also all my rights of our lands in Haverhill that my Father Law gave me

I give to my daughter Ann after my decease and the decease of my wife as afores. all my house and barn with the land adjoyning excepting that acre above mentioned, and also I give to my daughter Ann my two acres of meadow be it more or less lying in the Old Town marshes,and also all pasture and wood lotts and all my rights in common in Newbury, and itt is my will that my wife and my daughter Ann should live together and improve the estate for their comfortable maintenance, and after the decease of my wife my will is that all my moveable that then remains I also give and bequeathe to my daughter Ann, she being lame and to take the care of me and my wife in our old ages, I therefore make my daughter Ann my sole executor to ths my last will and testament and to pay all my honest debts that I do owe and the legacies that I have given and all funerals both for me and my wife she also to receive all the debts that are owing to me, both by book, bond, bill or otherwise, and I do ratifye and confirm this to be my last will and testement. In witness whereof I have hereunto sett my hand and seale the fourth day of December in the year of our Lord 1723.
