Bill Richardson was born in Methuen on December 6, 1784.

He later moved to South Reading and then to Boston.

He had at least one child, William Larkin Richardson, born in Boston on December 4, 1811.

The latter's son, William Streeter Richardson, was born in Boston on December 2, 1852, married Martha, daughter of William Woodman, and died without issue in Canton, MA on June 10, 1923.
