This family is the bane of our lives at present.  It would appear that John and Elizabeth did not marry and we are left with all sorts of unanswered questions, not least of which is are we looking for the right family.  We know that William married Rose Ada and that he died on the battlefield of Ypres, but inconsistencies in his stated age at various events just muddies the water.  If you think you can clear the water we would be eternally grateful.
