Mary Trapp, 87, Seymour, died at 4:30 a.m. today, Wednesday, Nove. 14. 2001, at her home. She had been ill for four years.
She was a member of Glenlawn Apostolic Church, Seymour and was a homemaker. She had lived all her life in Jackson County.
Born April 26, 1914, in Jackson County, she was the daughter of Thomas and Cora Hines jaynes. On Feb. 22, 1932, in Vernon, she married James E. Trapp, and he died Sept. 9, 1980.
Survivors include three children, John Trapp, Mrs. Robert(Joan) Brock, and Sally Helmbrecht, all of Seymour; 11 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a son, Robert Trapp.
Brother Homer Roberts will conduct graveside services at 9:30 a.m. Thursday at Chestnut Ridge Cemeter.
Arrangements were handled by Voss and Sons Funeral Service, Voss Chapel, Seymour.
