A few years ago we were at the
local flea market and found an old dirty suitcase with some
beautiful old turn of the century photographs in almost perfect
condition. The thought of these ending up in a dump turned my
stomach so we bought them. Most of the pictures had names
written on the back of them and after a little research we found
Christine Martin who is a descendent of the family in the
pictures and they are now in her possession.
Both Christine and I wanted
these images to remain on this website for other descendents of
