We the children and direct heirs at law of
William Batson, deceased, do hereby recommend that you appoint our brother,
Benjamin Batson, administrator of the estate of said William Batson, who died
on the 7th day of April 1913 at his home in Parnell, Missouri. Signed: Eliza A LaMunyon Cleracy C. LaMunyon Margaret E. Baker Mary J. Wilson Effie A. Wilson Sarah E. Robison All parties are of
age, the youngest one being 40 years old. Attachment: April 14th, 1913 Mr. L.C. Gordon,

B. Batson says that, to the best of his knowledge and belief, the names of
the heirs of said William Batson deceased and their places of residence are
respectively as follows:
That the said William Batson died without a will on the 7th day of
April 1913; that he will make a perfect inventory of and faithfully
administer all of the estate of the deceased, and pay the debts as far as the
assets will extend and the law direct and account for and pay all assets
which shall come to his possession or knowledge. Subscribed
