Beatrice Daily Sun July 30, 1917 (Nebraska) John T Huston John T Huston, an old resident
of Beatrice, passed away Sunday morning at 11 o'clock after an illness of
about two months, aged seventy years. The funeral will be held
Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the family home, and will be in charge
of Rev. V.F. Clark of the Congregational church. Interment in Evergreen Home
Cemetery. Mr. Huston leaves his
widow and seven children. They are Mrs. Lida Jane Stansberry, Twin Falls,
Idaho; Bruce Huston, Cripple Creek, Colo; Mrs. Bessie Mascovish, Campbell,
Cal; George Huston, Kansas City; and Walter, Grace and Claude of this city. Sent to me by Tom

pioneer of Beatrice, died at a local hospital here early yesterday after a
lingering illness, aged 75 years. The family resided on East Market Street
for years, but some time after the death of Mr. Huston in 1907, (*1917) Mrs. Huston took up her residence down town. Mrs. Huston is survived
by seven children, all grown. Two sons, Nick and Claude Huston, reside in
Beatrice. The funeral will be held
at 1:30 o'clock Wednesday afternoon from the Bergmeyer-Lenhart chapel, in
charge of Rev. Ross McCown * Date incorrectly printed in newspaper 1917 is the correct
