Elizabeth Carson Hanna born 1829 in Cobourg, Canada married Henry Clay Hanna "in the little brick house still situated [as of 1917] near the northeast corner of Barr and Berr Streets", Fort Wayne, Indiana on October 25, 1854 Mother of Robert Blair Hanna Notes written by my grandmother indicate that Elizabeth came from Canada and that her parents came from Ireland. This is confirmed by the Griswold volume, which mentions that after her father died, Catherine and her mother moved to Fort Wayne to live with Catherine's brother, William W.
