I am concerned with identity theft for fraud purposes from information that may appear on this site. This concern needs to balanced with providing information for genealogy researchers. Therefore the following are the rules for information appearing on this site.

1) It is my policy to not include dates of birth, death or marriage for living persons on this site. Where we are unsure we treat the person as living. If I have made a mistake please let me know so I can rectify the matter.

2) If you send me family genealogy data, subject to rule 1) above, I intend to publish that information on this (or another future) web site.

3) Any other information you send me will not be published unless I have your written permission.

4) There is no guest book at this site. No email addresses will be released without the permission of the address owner. If you want your email address made available to other family researchers then specifically tell me that in any corrospondence. When an email address is published it will be disguised using JavaScript code to prevent web robots and spiders from gathering them for spamming purposes.

5) This site contains numerous links to other sites. I am not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of these sites.
