| 8 oz. cream chees
|
dash of Tabasco sauce
|

| 1/4 cup heavy cream
|
4 oz. smoked salmon
|
|
| 1 scallion, thinly sliced
|
2 tablespoons red salmon caviar
|
|
| 1 teasoon fresh lemon juice
|
Gently shred the salmon. Mix the room temperature cream cheese and cream i a mixing bow. Stir in the scallion, lemon juice, and Tabasco sauce. Gently fold in the smoked salmon and caviar unti well combined, but do not over mix. The shreds of salmon and caviar should remain whole. Makes 2 cups. This is great on bagels. Hollow out a thin loaf of Fre3nch brea and fill it with the mixture. Let it chill and slice it for hors d'oeuvres. Serves 12.

| 1 cup sour cream

1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes

| 1 cup mayonnaise
|

|
| 1/2 teaspoon Lawry's season salt
|
1 1/2 teaspoon minced onion
|
|
| dash of garlic powder
|
1/2 teaspoon dill weed
|
Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. refrigerate until serving. Good with potato chips or vegetables. serves 8.
