French Breakfast Puffs

| 2 cups Bisquick, sifted
|
2 tablespoons shortening
|
|
| 1/4 cup sugar
|
3/4 cup milk
|
|
| 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
|
1 egg
|
Mix together and pour into greased muffin tins. Fill the cups 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until done. Remove from oven and while hot dip in melted butter or margarine all over and then roll in a cinnamon and sugar mixture. Makes 12.
