Open House Punch
3 quarts Seven-Up One 6 oz. can frozen orange juice
One 6 oz. can frozen lemonade    6 oz. fresh lemon juice


Chill all of the ingredients. Mix everything together in a pretty punch bow. Add the Seven-Up last. Color by adding a few drops of food coloring if you wish. Add ice to keep cold, and slices of fresh lemon and orange. For a special touch, freeze your ice in shaped containers with added color in the water or fruit.
You can mix this punch in advance and then add the Seven-Up and ice when ready to serve---and be able to enjoy your party! This recipe will serve 32.

Fireside Cofee
1 cup instant coffee 1/2 cup sugar
2 cups instant tea 1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 cups Coffee-Mate 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

Mix all ingredients well and store in an airtight container. For one serving mix 2 teaspoon in a mug of hot water. Serves 4.

Orange Julius
1/3 cup frozen orange juice 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup milk 5 or 6 ice cubes
1/2 cup water 1 egg
1/4 cup sugar


Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix for 30 seconds. Pour into tall glass and enjoy! Serves 1.

Good Punch
1 (2 liter) bottle 7-Up 1/4 gallon sherbert ice cream
2 small bottles ginger ale 1 small froxen orange juice


Mix together in a large punch bowl. You can use any flavor of sherbert for this. Serves 12. Enjoy.

Wassail Punch
1 large bottle apple cider 1 lemon, sliced thin
1 small bottle cranraspberry juice 6 cinnamon sticks
1 orange, sliced thin some whole cloves


Bring all ingredients to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer. Serve war. To keep the punch warm throughout the evening serve in a crock pot from the table.

Citrus Frappe-Fruit Punch
2 cups water 1 large can pineapple juice
3 cups sugar 1 can crushed pineapple
1 (6 oz.) can orange juice concentrate
3 cups cold water 2 to 3 bananas, mashed
1 liter 7-Up


Boil together 2 cups water and 3 cups sugar. Add the remaining ingredients. Mix well and freeze until ready to serve. Thaw prior to serving until slushy. Scoup into glasses and fill with 7-up. Serves 12.

Russian Tea
2 cups dry Tang 1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup instant lemon low-cal Lipton tea 1/2 teaspoon cloves


Mix all ingredients well. Store in an airtight jar. To use, add 2 tablespoons to a cup of boing water, or mix to taste. Serves 24. Enjoy!

Cranberry-Grape Spritzer
1 (2=12 oz.) can frozen cranberry juice cocktail concentrate 2 (25.4 oz) bottles sparkling red or white grape juice
3 cans club soda, chilled Chilled orange slices


In a punch bowl, gently stir together the cranberry juice cocktail concentrate and the club soda. Add the sparkling grape juice. Garnish with orange slices. Serve immediately in ice-filled glasses. Makes about 15 (3/4 cup) servings.
