William A. Mann, Elijah Carson Gregory and Rosa Belle Gregory his wife to Walter E. Coleman for $250. Farm or parcel in Amelia County adjoining lands of said W. E. Coleman, R. M. Craddock, et al, 90 ac. more or less, bounded by a line commencing at a corner cedar in W. E. Coleman's "Callegan" tract, on Namozine road thence running northeast along R. M. Craddock's line to Birchy Run Branch, thence down said branch to corner pine about 30 yds. north of plantation road, thence N 31 1/2 W 101 poles to corner stone and persimmon pointer on John F. Waller's line, thence along a line running due west to corner in Amelia Courthouse road, thence along said road to corner white oak in said "Calleghan" tract, thence along a line running East to corner white oak in said "Callaghan" tract, thence along a line running south to the place of beginning.
