    • Research theme: The characterization of Salmonella typhimurium secreted effector proteins as

    possible carriers of heterologous epitopes.

    actin-myosin dependent processes in the dimorphic fungus Ustilago maydis.

    transformations, chemical and UV mutagenesis, fluorescent light microscopy, fixed and live

    cell staining of the cytoskeleton, intracellular organelles and cellular processes.
