Dossey Cemetery (Summerhouse Mtn, Courtland, AL)
The Dossey Cemetery is located on Summerhouse Mountain in Courtland Alabama. We have hiked to it twice. The last time was in 2005. International Paper has logged the area and it did not look nearly as clean as the previous trip in the 1980's. Here are some photos of the cemetery.
This is where William David Dossey is buried, and the only tombstone that is still legiable and standing.
