| State of Georgia, Warren County. Know all
men by these presents that we, Nancy Burson & Isaac Burson,
Adm., John English, Michael Cody, are held and firmly bound
unto the Honorable Court of Ordinary in the sum of Three Thousand
dollars, for the true payment of which, we bind ourselves, our
heirs, Executors and Administrators, as witness our hands and
seals this 11th day of August 1801.
The condition of this obligation
is such, that if the above bounded, Nancy & Isaac Burson,
Administrators of the goods, chattels and credits of Jonathan
Burson, Deceased, do make, or cause to be made, a true and
perfect Inventory of all and singular the goods, chattels
and credits of the Deceased which have, or shall come to the
hands, possession or knowledge of the said Nancy & Isaac
Burson, or into the hands or possession of any other person
or persons for them, and the same so made, do Exhibit into
the Court of Ordinary when they shall be thereunto required,
and such goods, chattels and credits, do well and truly administer
according to Law, and do make a just and true account of his
actings and doings therein when required by the said Court;
and all the rest of the said goods, chattels and credits which
shall be found remaining upon the account of the said Administration,
the same being first allowed by the said Count, shall deliver
and pay unto such persons respectfully as are entitled to
the same by Law, and if it shall hereafter appear, that any
last Will & Testament was made by the said Deceased and
the same be proved in Court, and the Executors obtain a certificate
of the probate thereof, and the said Nancy and Isaac Burson,
do in such case, if required, render and deliver up the said
Letters of Administration, then this obligation to be void,
or else remain in full force and virtue.
