Elizabeth Youlton Endean was born on October 14th 1822 and baptised on 7th September 1823.
In the 1841 census she is listed as a yarn spinner.
In the 1851 census, aged 27, she is living with her husband James Bennett (listed as Benntt), a wool comber, in Coles Tenement No 2, Samford Spinney Tavistock. Elizabeth's sister, Jane and her family are living next door at No.3.
In 1865 she and her husband James Bennett are living in the town of Gaines, County of Orleans, New York, USA. James Bennett has become a cooper and their niece Jane Wakeman is living with them at this time. No children are listed. Elizabeth died on the 31st October 1896 and James was born on the 12 May 1821, the son of James & Mary C. Bennett and died on the 10th July 1900. They are both buried in the Otter Creek Cemetery at Gaines.
