Were you aware that those persons, both living and dead, who can trace their ancestry back through Robert & Bridgette (Algar) White, of Shalford, Essex Co., Eng, represent the LARGEST FAMILY IN AMERICA!! Some 29 MILLION PERSONS! This according to researchers at the LDS Library, Salt Lake City, UT.
ALSO, In reading some of the recent forum postings I note the terms "guessing", "probably", and "didn't specify". The well publicized link of Thomas White 1630's of Weymouth MA to the Thomas Whites of Fiddleford has been disproven, but still found on the various genealogical sites. Watch out for the guesses, probable, and other unsupported material.
