Mr. Billy Richard Kirk, age 62, of Mableton died Thursday, October 20, 2005. Mr. Kirk was a member of Grandview Seventh Day Adventist Church. He retired from Georgia Power Company after 21 years. Member of Leland Masonic Lodge and was a Shriner. Survived by wife, Olivia Bentley Kirk, daughter, Tammy LeAnn Richie of Douglasville, brothers, Anthony "Tiny" Kirk of Austell, James "Jimmy" Kirk of Mableton, sisters, Mary Jo Quinn of Winston, Harriett Elswick of Augusta, 3 grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held Saturday 2:00 pm Davis-Struempf Chapel, Rev. Scott Begley officiating. Masonic Graveside at Mt. Harmony Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Friday 4-8 pm at the funeral Home. Davis-Struempf Funeral Home, Austell.

Gaston died in a light airplane crash, 1 mi short of McCollum Airport runway on return trip from Ohio, buying an antique car --- all 3 on board perished!
