TOM EMBREE AND LUCY SETTLE SMITH EMBREE
I don't have marriage date yet, but after Valmie Williams Embree died, Tom Embree married Lucy Settle Smith, b. June 6, 1907, Madison County, Ky. d. 1990. Lucy first married Dewey Smith, had 2 sons, Jake and Frank Smith. Lucy was daughter of John Settle, b. 1878, d. 1969 and Cora Cornelison Settle, b.1881, d. 1955 in Madison Co. Ky. Lucy is buried next to my Grandpa Tom Embree at Pilot Knob Cemetery, Berea, Ky. Lucy did marry again several years after Tom Embree died, to George Richardson, no children by that marriage.
