Hendrick Emans was born about 1660. He died before May 5, 1699. Hendrick married Williamtje Janse, of Flatlands, New York on February 8, 1685. On May 19, 1685 be bought of Stoffel Jansen (Romeyn) a house and two garden plots in Gravesend. He then removed to Middlebush, Somerset County, New Jrsey as early as 1703.
