Ingredients:
1 can whole chilies or if fresh cook
6-7 eggs
salt and pepper
Garlic
red crushed pepper
flour
Cheese
tomatoe sauce
Pam cooking spray
Directions:
Whip 6-7 eggs and add salt & pepper.
Garlic to taste.
Add crushed red pepper to your liking or taste.
A plate full of flour and dip peppers in egg and roll in flour.
Spray Pam at the bottom of casserole dish.
Layer cheese, chillies, tomato sauce and add more salt, red crushed pepper, garlic.
Then add cheese to the top.
Bake at 350-375 for at least 30 minutes.
