IMPORTANT- Don't use 1st day snow! Wait until air has been cleaned by snow. Snow must be fairly dry......no slushy stuff.

Ingredients:
3 eggs
1/2 to 1 cup confectioners sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cup dry powdered milk
Snow (about 1 dishpan full)

Directions:
If your snowed in & out of powdered sugar, granulated sugar will "powder" in a blender.
Beat together all ingredients (Except Snow). Add snow, a little at a time, until right consistency for ice cream. Eat right away!
