HOT BUTTERED RUM MIX

Ingredients:
1 lb. softened butter
1 lb. brown sugar
1/2 gal French vanilla ice cream, counter softened


Directions:
Mix together softened butter & brown sugar.
Fold into ice cream.


To use:
In large (abt 8 ounce) mug, plave 2 tablespoons mix.
Add 1 jigger (1 1/2 ounces) of rum.
Fill mug with boiling water & stir.
Instead of boiling water, it's great in hot coffee.
