Description:

Ingredients::

1chopped onion in
1/2 stick oleo
1 pkg. frozen hash-browns [grated are best],
1 can cream of chicken soup [undiluted]
1 cup sour cream1 cup shredded cheddar cheese :

Directions::

Saute one chopped onion in 1/2 stick oleo.
Combine in a mixing bowl: Mix, salt & pepper [I use white pepper and a dash of cyanne pepper. Don't need much salt]
Bake uncovered about 25 minutes at 350 degrees:
