Wade Edgmon age 67 of Mossville, Arkansas died on Wednesday, May 31, 2000 at his residence. He was born April 30, 1933 at Mossville, a son of Jesse and Martha Watson Edgmon.
Wade was a faithful member of the Mossville United Baptist Church for 33 years and he served in the Korean War from 1953 to 1955.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Eddie Joe Edgmon and two sisters, Velma Sparks and Eileen Woods.
He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Charlene Edgmon of Mossville; three brothers J E and Ward Edgmon of Low Gap, Arkansas and Lawton Edgmon of Mossville; six sisters Cleo Lager of Low Gap, Bertha Reynolds of Cassville, Glenna Reynolds of Mossville, Louise Grubb of Springdale, Bonnie Regier and Ruby Hollon of Tulsa, Oklahoma. Many, many nieces and nephews and other friends who will miss him deeply.
Services were at 2 PM Saturday, June 3, 2000 at the Mossville United Baptist Church with Dorlin Sparks and Jerry Wood officiating. Burial in the Mossville Cemetery.
Pallbearers are male members of the Mossville United Baptist Church; Dave Liggett, Pete Lager, Robert Huber, Randy Reynolds, Bobby Reynolds, Justin Reynolds, Glendall Reynolds, Kevin Robertson, Marty Edgmon, Shannon Gibbons, Dustin Lager, Justin Wood, Steve Isley and Chris Daniels. Honorary pallbearers are Terry Edgmon, Randall Edgmon, Billy Woods, Dennis Reynolds, Mike Grubb and Steve Regier.
