First I desire that all my just debts be paid.
Item ; I lend my beloved wife Mary Bunch during her natural life her widowhood, all my Estate real and Personal.
Item: I give unto my son Samuel Bunch after my wife's death or marriage one hundred twenty five acres of land, to be laid of with the plantation where on John More now lives, to him and his heirs forever.
Item: I give to my son George Bunch, after my wifes death or marriage, two hundred acres of land to laid off on the upper part of the tract of land whereon I now live with the plantation whereon Benjamin Phaups formerly lived to him and his heirs forever.
Item: I give unto my son Charles Bunch after my wife's Death or Marriage one hundred and twenty five acres of land to be laid off with the plantation whereon I now live to him and his heirs forever.
Item: I give to my daughter Judith Bunch after my wives Death or Marriage one hundred acres of land more or less lying between Camp Creek and the creek call New Found Fork. Which I purchased from Roger Thomson, to her and her heirs forever.
Item: I give unto my daughter Mary Bunch after my wifes Death or Marriage one hundred and twenty four acres of land lying in Albermarle County in a placed called North Garden t her and her Heirs forever.
Item: I give unto my son James Bunch one bed and furniture after my wifes death or Marriage
Item I give to my son John Bunch five shillings to be raised out my Estate.
Item: I give my daughter Rebeccah Meredith Five shillings to be raised out of my estate:
Item I give unto my daughter Ann Bunch five shillings to be raised out of my estate.
Item After my wifes Death or Marriage, I give unto my children Samuel Bunch George Bunch Charles Bunch Judith Bunch and Mary Bunch all the remainder of my estate. Not before given, to be equally divided amongst them and I do hereby appoint my wife Mary Bunch Executrix and my son Samuel and Samuel Richardson Executors of this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all other wills heretofore made.

At a court held for Louisa county the 9th day of June 1783.
This will was this day presented in Court by Samuel Bunch one of the Executors therein named and was proved by the oaths of Samuel Richardson and William Payme two of the witnesses thereto and ordered to be recorded and on the motion of the said Executor who made oath thereto according the the law certificate is granted him for obtaining a probate thereof in due form giving security whereupon he together with his Securities entered into and acknowledged their bond with condition according to the law and liberty is reserved to the other Executors names in the said will to join in the probate thereof when they shall think fit.
