Henry Bunch on March 14, 1742 sold 60 acres of land in Louisa County, Virginia for 7 pounds 10 shillings to his brother John.

David Bunch inherited 60 acres from his father John Bunch SR in Louisa County Virginia James Bunch inherited 60 acres of land Louisa County Virginia he bought from Nathaniel Winston of St Margaret's Parish, Caroline Virginia 208 acres of land in Louisa County lying on the North side of North Anna River.
