There is a Monumental brass for John Throckmrton, Esq. andEleanor
hiswife in parish church of Fladbury, co. Worcester. His will dated
April12, 1445 in London requests he be buried in the CHurch of St. John
Fladbury, co. Worcester. My executors to place a stone of marble of such
largeness as to cover my father and mother and me and my wife. To Robert
Russell, husband of my eldest daughter, 100 marks. To Thomas Wynslow,
husband of my second daughter, certain goods. To John Rous, husband of my
third duaghter, 40 pounds. To Robert Gyfford, husband of my fourth
duaghter, 20 pounds. To ThomasGrene, husband of my fifth daughter,
certain silver. To my younger son John all the money he owes me.
