ROCKDALE ? Services for Willie Mae Haddox, 89, of Milano are set for 3 p.m. Sunday at the Phillips & Luckey Funeral Home in Rockdale. The Rev. Joe Bailey of Liberty Community Church will officiate. Burial will be in the Milano Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Mrs. Haddox died Thursday in the Cameron Nursing Center in Cameron.

She was born in Ballinger, Texas, and was a lifelong resident of Milano. She was a homemaker and was a member of the First Baptist Church in Milano. She was a former secretary and treasurer of the Milano Volunteer Fire Department and Milano Senior Citizens and was an election judge in Milano for many years.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Homer Oliver Haddox. Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law, Queena Rae and Kent Thurman and Bobbie Ann and Bill Eiland, all of Milano; 11 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.
