About Henry David Nabors:
VARDAMAN - Henry David Nabors, 72, died Friday, May 12, 2006, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-North Mississippi
in Oxford. He was born Dec. 2, 1933, to Harley Vardaman Nabors Sr. and Margie Grace Casey Nabors. He
was self-employed. He was a member of the Church of the Nazarene in Calhoun City. He was preceded in
death by his wife, Virginia Lee Russell Nabors, on Nov. 8, 2003.
Services will be at 11 a.m.
Monday at Parker Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in Vardaman with Bro. Howard Green and Bro. Roy Childress
officiating. Burial will be in Oldtown Cemetery in Pittsboro.
Survivors include one daughter,
Brenda Nabors Brand of Vardaman; one sister, Martha Linda Nabors Parker of Honneau, S.C.; four brothers,
Harley V. Nabors Jr., Fred Nabors and William Nabors, all of Calhoun City, and Farris Nabors of Cape
Girardeau, Mo.; three grandchildren, David William Brand, Sandra Brand Bennett and Roy William Brand;
two great-grandchildren, Mason Henry Brand and Matthew Wayne Bennett. Pallbearers will be Ben Landreth,
Kenny Cannon, Victor Bryant, James Johnson, James Nabors, Lee Nabors, Dale Nabors and Duane Nabors.
