Death - Julias Henke died last Saturday morning at his home near Salty. It was reported to be a suicide, but his brother William Henke said it was not known that he did commit suicide. They could not tell for sure what was the cause of death.

NOTE: Julius's wife Anna died in 1899 possibly in during childbirth. He very quickly married a woman straight from Germany. From conversations with relatives of the family, it is rumored that he second wife poisoned him shortly after they married. She apparently had two previous husbands in Germany that died under mysterious circumstances. A later husband also died mysteriously.
